Accident Care

Accident Care is our non fault vehicle repair service. If you have a road traffic accident which is not your fault we can act on your behalf in your claim for vehicle damage and other losses.

No excess to pay.
You will retain your NO CLAIMS BONUS as we do not settle "knock for knock".
A dedicated and easily contactable case handler will deal with the entire claim.
Freedom to choose you local repairer.
We will provide an equivalent vehicle for the period that yours is off the road.
We will recover any losses and expenses resulting from the accident such as loss of earnings, travel expenses etc.
If you are injured as a result of your accident we will also act for you on a no win no fee basis to recover compensation for your injuries.

1. Car Repairs

As part of our service we will arrange for your vehicle to be repaired at a garage of your choice or at one of our network of approved repairers.

2. Replacement Car

We will provide you with a like for like hire car whilst the repairs to your vehicle are being carried out.

If your vehicle is written off we will ensure that you are given a hire car until such time as you receive your settlement cheque.

3. Personal Injury

If you or your passengers have been injured as a result of the accident we can help you make a claim for compensation.

You will get 100% of the compensation payment handed to you, we do not take anything from your compensation.

4. Physiotherapy

Where required we can arrange physiotherapy or other treatment free of charge to you to help you make a quicker recovery from your injuries.

5. Funding

All of these services are provided at no cost to you as we will pay all costs, including vehicle repair costs and the cost of a hire car where appropriate and then obtain these from the Defendant's Insurers. You will also have no insurance excess to pay so you will have no payments to make throughout the entire process.
