Recruitment - Administration Assistant (Real Estate / Commercial Property)
McKeag & Co Solicitors are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our Real Estate/Commercial Property Department.
Your role will involve assisting the fee earner/Partner of the department with administrative duties, involving communication with clients.
Main Duties:
Handle general telephone enquiries
Responding to emails and preparing documents
Updating a case management system
Administrative duties
Sorting post
Filing and Archiving
Supervision will also be provided.
Essential skills
You must have some Administration experience and/or experience of working in a similar environment would be desirable.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
